ConTact C.A.R.E with Camille involves working with the body & mind for ultimate recovery and ease, allowing the natural body functions and chi flow to return to a new equilibrium. Camille provides a complete holistic and contemporary approach to wellness, including; ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release, Touch4Health 5 elemental understanding, Sensory Self Defence testing, Chi Kung, and Affirmation visualisation coaching. Please allow 1.5hr for a first session.
