PHILOSOPHY
ConTact C.A.R.E is a practical study in 'The Nature of STILLNESS'. It recognises that the skeleton defends itself automatically and independently when impacted by surprise. This results in what we call 'SKELETAL SENSORY SHOCK'.
Our perspective is that the bone spiral contracts at the impact site creating a super sensitive over-contractive area around it, that feels super strong. The rest of the body must then compensate with a counter weight to maintain balance, this is the felt stress or pain areas of the body. The client is feeling the compensation workload in the form of pain, stress and/or tension NOT always the cause of it.
ConTact C.A.R.E recognises the body's self defence system dictates our need to survive, preserve life and live. Surprise impact injuries cause Flinchlocks in the body that directly affect our Self Defence System, our ability to feel safe, comfortable and function effectively.
ConTact C.A.R.E observes where the shape and symmetry of the skeleton has been contorted by surprise impact, and the Flinchlock Release method releases this spiral contraction or surprise impact, so ease and function may return.
Extra-ordinary movement is created by Extra-ordinary stillness.

FIRST TIME TREATMENT SESSIONS
ConTact C.A.R.E with Camille involves working with the body & mind for ultimate recovery and ease, allowing the natural body functions and chi flow to return to a new equilibrium. Camille provides a complete holistic and contemporary approach to wellness, including;
ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release, Touch4Health 5 elemental understanding, Sensory Self Defence testing,
Chi Kung, and Affirmation visualisation coaching.
Please allow 1.5hr for a first session.
TREATMENT SESSIONS
Ongoing sessions with Camille involves working with the body & mind for ultimate recovery and ease, allowing the body to return to a state of ease and equilibrium.
Each session is different depending on what you are feeling and needing at the time.
We release the pressures held in the body & mind, so integration and realisation of your potential becomes real.
TREATMENT SESSION- 12-18YRS OLD
ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release, locates and releases trapped pressure from the body’s structure. Returning the body to a natural state of ease. Camille works with the body & mind for ultimate recovery, allowing the body to find a new equilibrium. Providing a complete holistic and contemporary approach to wellness. Camille understands the pressures adolescents face in the modern world, and is experienced with working with depression, anxiety, self esteem, self harm and addiction.
TREATMENT SESSIONS-5-12YRS OLD
ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release, locates and releases trapped pressure from the body’s structure. Returning the body to a natural state of ease. Camille works with the body & mind for ultimate recovery, allowing the body to find a new equilibrium. Providing a holistic and contemporary approach to wellness.
Camille understands the pressures children often have with learning, making friends and sports injuries. Camille is experienced with working with learning difficulties, anxiety, ADHA, autism and concussion.
TREATMENT SESSIONS- 0-5YRS OLD

Camille works with the body & mind for ultimate recovery, allowing the body to find a new equilibrium. Providing a complete holistic and contemporary approach to wellness. Being a mother, Camille understands babies and toddlers, and is experienced with birth trauma, colic, insomnia, seizures, concussion, general play and developmental injuries.
SENSORY SELF DEFENCE TESTING
Ever wondered if your body is rejecting the supplement or vitamin that you're taking? Or the foods that you love to eat? What about intolerances and allergies?
Sensory Self Defence Testing may help with that. Using a combination of ConTact C.A.R.E and Touch4Health 5 Elemental understanding, we find what works for you and allows your body to function at its full potential.
EQUINE TREATMENT SESSIONS
ConTact C.A.R.E releases trapped bone pressure, these pressures may be the cause behind many behavioural or physical problems in your horse.

Camille has a natural affinity with dogs and is experienced working with agility, hunting, working and pet dogs, for better performance, ease and recovery from injury.
